Will a 5ms PLS monitor be fast enough for all games except FPS games?

i want to get a 1080p 60hz PLS monitor
i found Samsung LS24D590PL which is 5ms response time
I am not FPS (first person shooter) gamer
but i am playing games like witcher gta v and more but not something like BF or COD
so will a 5ms PLS monitor be fast enough? OR should i get a TN panel with 1ms response time?

5ms is fine for all games including FPS.

I wouldn't worry about it.
