1050Ti, much better performance for a little more.

i3 6100, has a better upgrade path.

The AM3+ platform is basically dead. If you want an upgrade path, LGA1151 will offer better options for the foreseeable future.

Yeah I guess that's true but I'm already at my max budget going with this build and I know both of those are going to put me over budget

On the original build:

Get 2x4Gigs of RAM, not a single 8Gig stick. The motherboard has 4 RAM slots, so there's no need to worry about adding RAM later.

There's no need for Windows 7 Pro. Windows 7 Home will do fine (if it's available and cheaper)

On i3 vs FX:

You would be happier with an I3 over the FX, but it would be more expensive as well. (The above i3-6100 build doesn't include Windows or a WiFi adapter.)

Future proofing:

With the current state of constant change, no socket type is future proof. Generally speaking, by the time you get around to upgrading, you'll need a CPU + motherboard anyway.

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.

i5-6600, 16Gigs, ITX Corsair 250D, R9 390, 120Gig M.2 boot, 500Gig SATA SSD, no HDD

Alright so I will stay with the fx line until I get enough money to get a i7
