http://pcpartpicker.com/list/yjz4NN this is my first gaming pc ever before i was using a acer laptop it had about 20% gaming in it so it was a bad experience. but now i have bought these parts and i am hopefully gonna start building it on monday if the waiting dosent kill me first. also would this be able to run dishonored 2 at a good fps and quality? btw i know it cant run crysis 3 so no reason in asking :P but mabye minesweeper at 2fps max.

This will run crysis 3 just fine, not maxed out etc but still fine. Would recommend buying a monitor, mouse and keyboard though...

No this will prob run crysis 3 maxed out

I have an R9 390 (the 1060 will perform similarly/ slightly better) and an i5 6600k and I can max it out 60+ fps. I actually have not tried it on my 6600k, i ran it maxed out with my i5 3470.

when you say maxed do you mean maxed out on 1080p or 4k?

16GB of ram is not needed for gaming. Maybe use that money saved to buy a better cooler.
