SSD Reformating Help

Okay so I got a new SSD and It has old windows files. I put it in my pc and I can't seem to reformat it because I have a recovery partition from the old windows on it and EFI System partition and I was wondering is there any way of removing it other then shoving a disk that will help me reformat the SSD and booting off that disk. I am trying to reformat disk 1. UPDATE  Okay so I did disk part and it worked for some magical reason when it didnt work before but now I have to ask what is the best format for installing and running video games off my second SSD?

Lmao sike. Its probably because I force reformated 2 of the volumes and changed the paging file from that SSD Derp. also whats the best format type for running games off that ssd.
