is corsair Hx 850 worth it

guy i am getting a very good offer on Corsair HX 850 for INR 5000 ($70 ) should i buy it 

already have VS 650

PSSt : proof of conceot call it scrap yard wars india

not really, the VS 650 is good if you dont need more power then that

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

its not like that i am starting a youtube channel and i want start with 2nd hand stuff as a lot of people cant (and wont )buy new hardware in india

well sure, if you have a use for it its a pretty good price, more then id pay but not bad

No, it is not. 

They are 2 different platforms. 

The HX are Seasonic and the newer ones are CWT and the HXi are a different CWT platform.

It would be a good idea considering I already know your hardware specs... in which a Corsair VS 650 would be a terrible pairing.
