After much debate, I decided to order this laptop. It's not as aesthetically pleasing as the Razer Blade, but ultimately a better value and Dell's customer service is wayyyyy better than Razer's.

I agree. This doesn't seem like a bad laptop. Doesn't commit any cardinal sins as far as I can tell. If they only had the 6820HQ or 6820HK instead of the 6700HQ. Sigh.

I think they held off on those models for cooling reasons, but the 6700HQ will suffice, especially since it's only paired with a 1060.

I waited this long- I think I'll wait for kaby lake HQ. The next XPS 15 is what I've got my eye on. Besides, the AW13 isn't shipping until December, anyway. Lack of instant gratification makes the waiting easier, haha.

Also I should be getting a yoga book soon, so I'll have that to work on when mobile. I'm going to try and write the review on it using the yoga book only- and no spell check. :P

Does the graphics amplifier even make sense, with the 1060 and the fact that 6700hq may bottleneck future desktop GPUs?

Nope. Not in this instance. AGM would only make sense if you have a 6820HK to OC to 4.0ghz+

Heck yasssss. Put an iris pro in there and I'd be in heaven- don't even need a GPU as I have a Core already.
