Budget Case with fan filters?

The Big Chip

I need a new case for my PC seeing as my current one has awful airflow, temps and is falling apart in general.

My house is generally pretty dusty so fan filters are pretty much essential for my build.

The case needs to be able to fit my VTX3D 390x ( 285 × 140 × 45 mm)

Would be nice to have atx but other form factors are fine if it means a higher quality case with better cooling for cheaper.

I prioritize cooling > looks but obvs a nice looking case would also be nice ;)

Pretty much anything over $50 will come with fan filters nowadays... Take the S340, for example. $59-79 and it comes with fan filters, is ATX and comes in a variety of colours.

fractal design arc mini r2 is really nice for cooling. its matx which to some can be a big drawback, but it supports up to a 280mm rad with the 5.25" bays still installed and is offset to keep it simple and clear of the mobo, as well as up to a 240mm on the front but youd have to remove the drive cages. it comes with 1 120mm fan and 2 140's and theyre actually pretty good. by no means was it a perfect case to build in, but for the money it was the best ive dealt with.
