So hey guys I plan on building a pc with a budget of maybe 1250-1800 (Want it to be on the lower side like 1250) This PC would be used for video editing and streaming and maybe some light gaming. I am mostly a console gamer but want to be able to stream and upload videos. Do you guys have any suggestions on what parts to have. take out the ssd if you don't want to spend as much - cable mod for the psu is strongly recommeded

I agree with one of the previous posts. If you plan to be streaming go for a 6700k, and at least a 1070. If you don't want to spend 100 dollars or so on a CPU cooler, get an air cooler. They work just fine and are generally cheaper.
