False, race has nothing to do with language. For example, I speak 4 different languages, English, Bad English, Lil Espanol, and Ni**a.

Not really - it's more that it's a lot of characters to deal with either black listing or whitelisting.

We know it's an issue, and we want to do something about it, but this is just the most recent of a number of threads about the issue, and the same suggestions come every time. 

This thread has come dangerously close to going very off topic several times, an interview am closing it now. Trust me, we have considered that brilliant idea for how to stop the spam that you wanted to post.
