Best FreeSync 144 Hz monitor?

I need a high quality, 24 inch or more FreeSync monitor (for AMD GPUs) with a 144Hz refresh rate at 1080p for around 250 USD
Any recommendations?

res? 1080p go with what @oswin said. 1440p go with a pixio

Acer XF240H is my best bet or is there a better monitor out there for my budget?
