Better quality PSU. Do you need that big of an SSD? Other than that, it's okay.

which better quality psu would you suggest?

Could you suggest a PSU in that price range?
Well it's really big for the cost, and i reckon i'll be using it a lot.

That's a pretty hefty cooler. Make sure the memory is low enough to fit under the cooler. Looks pretty good. Make sure you install your OS on the SSD for fast boot times :)

Dunno. Depends on his budget.

This EVGA psu is perfect for the build & it is of high quality.

BAHAHAHA. That's funny. NEX isn't bad, but it's far from high quality. It's far from it's older brother the GQ/GS/G2.

The NEX650G is a mediocre FSP Aurum build power supply. I wouldn't call it "high quality", but it would power his build.

Because you can get one for less. For pete's sake, the GQ, RMx, CMx, Photon, and Capstone are less than the NEX right now.

May I suggest the EVGA Supernova 550w G2? http://pcpartpicker.com/product/qYTrxr/evga-power-supply-220g20550y1

It's a higher-end unit that offer better build quality, better electrical performance, and a more quiet operation than the NEX650G.

There's also the RM650x that you could get for $89.99 with the promo. And if you take advantage of it, there's $20 MIR that effectively makes it a $69.99 power supply.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139143

It's comparable to the G2 - slightly more quiet, has a 10 year warranty, and a standardized modular connection across Corsair's entire lineup.

The aforementioned Rosewill Photon 550w is also a good option if you on a tight budget.

Not even same price. They're less than $80, which is what the NEX is at right now. They're all hovering around $60-$75ish.
