Two things:

 

1. I'd get a different power supply.... The Corsair CX450M is a solid choice.

2. I would get a RX 480 8GB so you can actually leverage FreeSync... which your monitor has.

What is the purpose for your build?

 

Are you planning to get 32GB (2x16GB) of RAM any time soon?  If not, 2x8GB is faster.

 

The case you have picked only comes with a single 120mm in the rear (exhaust).  It supports 140mm fans in the front and I would recommend two of them.

 

Why the Silverstone PSU?
