Edit: I figured it out!

They apperantly allow you to switch between stereo and "surround sound" by holding down the ´skip track´ - button.

The "surround sound" is, however, not taking advantage of the speakers. It's a DSP filter, which I can only imagine the sound of.

Atleast, that's the case on the lower end UFO model: http://www.bluedio.com/en/product/25, so I can only assume it will be the same for the pair featured in the video. 

Apperantly, Bluedio is also primarily just a rip-off brand. All their other headphone designes are obviously ripped off from Beats, Bose, Parrot and B&W. 

I guess we'll have to take that for what it's worth.
