Will an Intel Core i5 6500 work on LGA 1150 motherboard? To be specific IPM87-MP Mobo. ^-^

No, it will not. A LGA1151 CPU will not work with a LGA1150 motherboard.

it is missing 1 pin, wont advice on doing it. cpu pins are very delicate and almost impossible to repair, just to be safe go with a lga 1151 mobo
