Look at the partition table in diskmgmt.msc

 

It probably showing the hidden partitions, You can delete some of these then expand the main partition.

As @Electronics Wizardy suggested, you could go to to Disk Management  and see how the partitions are arranged there. 

I would suggest to move any data that's on F, G and H back on E, then go to Disk Management, locate the partitions, right-click on them, delete them (you will see a black unallocated space remaining) and then right-click on E partition, choose extend and simply follow the guide. This will make the drive appear as a single E partition. :)
