I'm not one to read the future but it should be released at roughly around the same time as AMD's Vega GPUs.

Any idea on what quarter of 2017 it will launch?

Well first we need to wait for it to be announced, then wait for the founders edition to be released, then wait for the much better AIB editions to be released, then wait for them to actually be available where we live, then wait for them to actually be available at a non-inflated price.

So in other words, buy a 1080 now, don't wait.

Love not hate
