Will these pair good together?

I'm about to go do something so I'm quickly slapping together this thread.

I recently came across a system for free and I'm still sort of deciding what to do with it,

 

What it will look like when done:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Overclocked to 3 GHz or so

8GB DDR2 

AMD RX 460

ADATA SP550 120GB (For Windows and a few games)

Some random HDD i have laying around that will later be replaced by something better

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (Still Deciding on)

Corsair 100 r (Already bought)

And Most likely a 400W EVGA PSU

 

How do these parts fare together? I'm not certain on the PSU but I'm pretty sure 400W is completely fine for this.

I'm used to playing games on low settings on my current system so Im pretty sure this will be a big upgrade.

not that 400w evga, its bad. get the 430w at the least or a seasonic ssp-300st from newegg instead.

You should be fine for most games. I would advise getting a Seasonic S12 430W.

you should probably pick up a better core 2 quad if you can. otherwise i ship it.

Solid system, only thing sketchy is the PSU of course. But everyone else has already made suggestions for a better one so no need to repeat them. I'd build it.
