What's the best program for getting my average, minimum, and maximum FPS in a game like Witcher 3 which has no built-in benchmark?

Delidded Core i7 4770K - GTX 1070 ROG Strix - 16GB DDR3 @2000Mhz

NZXT CAM has that 'feature.' It's only available for some games though, not all. It will actually ALSO show you the FPS every minute/hour.

Steam has a client FPS counter if that helps!
