Call of Duty Login Problems

So basically I was on the Call of duty website and i accidentally put in a wrong birthday when i was registering. It now wont let me register an account on the website. It brings me to This Link and says ... Any way i can fix this?

"WE'RE SORRY. YOU HAVE NOT MET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS."

Try clearing browsing history/cookies. If that don't work try a different browser
