Yeah that's constant 100%. It's not overvolted though cause the voltage is locked :( it's definitely a better sample but I wouldn't say overly special. Some guy posted earlier today about how his 1080 boosted to 2075 (no overclock, just boost)

:D Hairdryer or Turbo Nuclear jet? XDDDD

Anyways when I had AMD card, it was passive cooled which hit 40°C when idle and 80°C at load... So I used CM jetflo fan and 45°C max

The same thing will happen with any GPU that runs at this high voltage without proper cooling.

1220 mv isn't that high. the card goes up to 1300mv and its factory setting is 1169mv (69 lol) there are two 140mm fans feeding, one keeps the intakes fed and the other exhuasts the hot air.

I haven't fully decided on what GPUs I'm using for the system to replace this thing(hence why I'm not so concerned anymore about killing it. I will probably look for GTX 1080ti SLI since I want to custom cool the whole lot and might as well got the ti versions in SLI.

no point, don't like it leave. Thanks, it was so much easier then just screen capping, but since I was turning off my PC and about to go off somewhere, why delay myself.

what is this thread about?

You think fermi was hot? Try a GTX 295, toasty is only the beginning, Tesla has some watts haha.

damn, gratz

compared to Hawaii - Fiji also has some DP cuts so it inherently is cooler by design

but still Tri-X is only beaten by full custom water loop, it's on par with AiO

A lot of people where disappointed with Fiji fro  an overclocking point of view, but I think the cards did alright even without overclocking. I kinda want the Fury X but they're still kinda pricey where I am.
