Is there a program to check the PSU wattage? My friend needs to know but he can't figure out how to see hoe much wattage the psu has by looking at the sticker (lel dont ask)

Look up the PSU manufacturer and model number. Or you can try just using the serial number even.

No, you just gotta look up the model number or whatever it says on the side. You can't do software based voltage or wattage readout without significant components of hardware present to do the actual reading.
