Posted October 20, 2016 Hey everyone so i just bought a GTX 1080 and i was wondering how / whats the best way to overclock. i had issues with CSGO where my frame rate was quite low in comparison to others and the parts i had so i wondered if this might make a difference. Speccy gave me these results: are these normal? Current Performance Level Level 1 Current GPU Clock 607 MHz Current Memory Clock 405 MHz Current Shader Clock 405 MHz Voltage 569.500 V Bus Interface PCI Express x16 Temperature 26 °C Driver version 21.21.13.7306 BIOS Version 86.04.17.00.
 Just because I have good specs doesn't mean it was for CSGO only, I play CSGO and expect higher FPS, I have my specs because I want to play other games in 4K, I wasn't asking your opinion for a different build for CSGO. Also, lets try and take people's topics seriously and leave the childish banter on other forums. As for you OP, try overclocking your CPU a bit as thats what helped me. Another thing you can try is making sure your preference is set to performance in the Nvidia control panel.
