Need Help Fixing My Portable HDD!

Hi there I plugged in my portable HDD (Disk 2 in the picture attached) to do format the drive but i'm not sure if i accidentally clicked something but now the HDD has split into two separate volumes. I am only able to interact with the volume on the left and if I right click on the volume on the right all the options are there but cannot be clicked. Please help so I can access the rest of my HDD. Thank you.
