Dell Wireless modules on XPS Series

Hi there,

 

so i thought about buying a Dell XPS 13 9350 and i noticed something weird..

 

Look at those Wireless modules:

 

These are the 3 different models of the xps 13 9350. (left: i5,4GB,128GB SSD - middle:i5,8GB,256GB SSD - right: same as middle with QHD Display and touch.

 

I'd be interested in the middle one, but why does it offer another Wireless Module? I mean it's neither the best, nor the worst of these 3.

Is this like a older (or newer model?). Which one is better? (i figured out that DW1820A seems to be broadcomm)
