Help?

Hello guys, 

So I'm comfused, I'm sitting with this in my hand (see picture) and thinking "Okay, how do I connect my H110i to my 6700K (Which is an 1151 socket (that freaked me out) but which one do I use, and do I need a backplate? 

 

Could somebody explain how I should mount my CPU AIO on the motherboard? (Using the Z170-Deluxe from Asus)

Do I just insert standoffs on the mobo, attach the bracket (furthest on the right fits) and AIO and tighten it down with the thumbscrews?

Look at the manual. It would better describe what you need than any word can on the forums. They even have diagrams and pictures with steps for you to follow

I already did, It says that the LGA2011 boards don't require a backplate, the one I have is LGA1151 yet the other backplate doesn't fit? The LGA1155 that is supported by this cooler is supposed to be the same as the LGA1151. Maybe I don't require a backplate then?

Unless it says otherwise, all LGA115X (1150, 1151, 1155, etc.) coolers are the same, as the mounting holes are the same.

The LGA1150/1155/1156/1366 Back Plate does not fit on the back of my mobo, It goes over the holes.

The mounting bracket fits for the pump though.

Ooooh god, major brain-fart on behalf of me and Corsair. They don't specify that the backplate standoffs can be adjusted in size. It fits snug now. Thanks guys, made me go through the manual over and over

Nope. Bad news.
