Windows on Usb

If i have windows 10 on a Usb does that mean I can just keep installing it on other Computers and it would work just fine? (I know it will not be activated)

You can install it on as many computers as you want.

without being activated with it's own unique code for each devices it will have a few limitations, but yes for the most part it will run.

Yes, exactly the same as using a dvd/cd, it's only an installer and doesn't carry a licence by itself. Even retail USB/cd/dvd don't actually have the licence embedded in the disk code, you just get the code on an insert or whatever, and even if it did carry a licence/serial number you can still install and usually update licence info on most software.
