Halloween Costume Ideas and Costume Discussion

SuperShermanTanker

So every Halloween I can't decide on what I want to do for a costume for Halloween so I'm wondering what suggestions you guys have. If you want any ideas of my interests if it makes it easier to make a suggestion are mainly around tech, and armored vehicles, my favorite games are World of Tanks, Overwatch, and World of Warcraft, and some animals like big cats.

Also just to add some discussion so this post isn't just a post about me and the costume I might choose, what costumes are you guys going to be wearing this Halloween?

I'm working on a Ghostbusters uniform myself. :)  I ordered the same tan flight suit they used in the first movie in 1984.  Custom name patch, shoulder patches, screen accurate knee pads and other accessories.  Also a custom t-shirt to wear so I can have the flight suit unzipped and tied around my waist.

It should be warmer than some things I've previously warn on Halloween. :)

I can relate with the not as warm costumes last year I was a Minecraft guy with the costume being this thin cloth zip up suit that covered the whole body and I was basicly freezing the whole entire time

If you like big cats, then both tigers and lions make for pretty easy and effective costumes.

Buy a cheap-ish onesie in a lion or tiger design and have someone paint your face.

I usually dress up as characters from horror movies. Last year I was dresseed up as the Babadook and the year before I was Alexander DeLarge from A Clockwork Oranger.

This year I'm going as Jason Voorhees (aka I didn't have any good ideas).

I have bought an actual vintage hockey mask and I'm trying to make an old leather jacket look as distressed possible, but it's slow process.

Could you somehow be a tank?

No idea how to implement that and I don't necessarily mean it has to be some sort of awkward/bulky costume.

I just think something tank inspired could be cool.
