Hey everyone. have I made a great PCPP list? the list is http://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/dmsrGf

I chose the i5 6600K because it has 4 cores and is overclock able (wish me luck in the silicone lottery). this CPU parred with the   Deepcool Captain 240EX White 153.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler should be a great pair.

for RAM, i went for the Avexir Raiden 16GB (2x8) DDR4 at 2666. I chose this because of it is white and with a hint of blue even though it has PLASMA FREAKIN TUBES. Linus did a video of this.

The motherboard that I chose is the Asus z170-A, i kinda chose this for its fan headers and its CPU_OPT as well as its colour... WHITE

I also put in a Crucial MX300 and a Western Digital Black Series 1TB. the SSD is for...Obviously... to store my gam I'm just buustin your balls. It is for a boot drive and you know the rest.

The case that I chose is the Phanteks Eclipse P400S. I heard that liquid cooling can be loud so I went for the Silent edition. I wonder if you are catching on to the colour scheme. This case is white and has blue LED's at the front bottom and a connector for an LED strip. it also comes with a fan controller for the case fans that come with the case.

For the most expencive piece in the build, the Graphics Card. I chose the Asus GeForce GTX 1070 Dual series with 8GB of GDDR5. this card can run most games at 1440p Max/Ultra settings. it is white as well.

The Power Supply that i went for is the Corsair RM650X. It is a bit overkill but i do have head room if I want a new GPU or CPU.

The Wireless adapter... I live saver for many... a need for others. In my case, I need it. If there was no such thing as Wi-Fi, life for many will be pretty difficult, My router is quite far away through a wall. so I need a Wireless adapter to help me with this. I chose the Asus PCE AC68. perfect for me and others.

Last but not least is the Thermal compound or Paste. whatever you want to call it, you need it. I dont know what Thermal Paste I just went with the Zalman ZM-STG2 3.5g. I heard it was good and cheap also but this is one thing that I need help with. Thankyou for Reading this and I hope you enjoyed it.

Made it a bit cheaper. Just set the LEDs on the Strix to something that fits your colour scheme :P

Personally, I'd get a i7 6700K and the CRYORIG M9i over the i5 6600K and the expensive cooler so I wouldn't ever have to worry about the CPU when upgrading. Plus, it performs better for CPU intensive games.

But that's just me.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

HKZeroFive, the CRYORIG M9i doesn't fit the build in the colour way and this build is not going to be upgraded in a very long time. I want this build to last me for a long time before I do build a new PC. With the water cooler, I will have low tempuratures and the build is going in a wardrobe that has the doors taken off so I need a water cooler to keep my PC cool in such a small space. I might go for a different set of ram sticks and put the left over money towards a 6700K

Quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. High end air will perform very well for much less.
