windows 10 aniversary update

Hi everyone! I got a gears of war 4 copy with a purchase of one of my 1080s. ive registered GOW4 to my windows account but since my copy of windows 10 is not validated the anniversary update will not install.  Im not sure if u need a valid copy or that i may need to reinstall windows 10.  Any help would be appreciated as i want to play this game.

just update your windows, mine updated itself, takes like 30 mins

Both my laptop and desktop had to have motherboards replaced or bios chips reprogrammed and microsoft couldn't be bothered to help

 

And my 10w HTPC I couldn't be bothered...
