EA trolling with refunds

Game adviser said it should take 1 hour, its been 48h. they re-issued it and here I am waiting endlessly again.

 

I used a credit card, what should I do, is it normal?

You could also contact your bank and use the F world, fraud. This tends to get things moving faster.

Just pictured the OP sitting there waiting anxiously for a well worded reply with someone who's had the same experience, only to get "just wait I guess".
