Which build is better?

Hey there!

 

Me and my friend both want to get a new PC and we made two separate builds. The PCs will be used for: Gaming (1080p), Programming, Picture editing maybe sometimes video editing etc.

My friend is also considering to only use a 500GB SSD instead of a 1TB HDD. What do you think about that? Is it still the case that SSD's break quicker when there is a lot of write traffic?

 

Which one do you think is better? Especially considering the CPU. Would you make any changes?

There about the same. The i7 6700 is faster.

 

You won't break a ssd with writing to it. There much more durable than people think.

If you have the money i would get a i5 and then a 1070 instead of the 1060.
