Hello everyone, after many hours of troubleshooting im bunked and think I have a defected card but I just thought I'd post here because you guys would know a lot more than I do. So basically, I bought the card and a new powersupply and installed them into my Optiplex 990. After that I tried running a couple of games after installing the drivers and doing the necessary things when setting up a new card, and the card is performing horribly, getting 1-16fps in Minecraft and Rainbow 6. I decided to do some tests with NovaBench and the gpu score returned 10 when others using the same card are getting anywhere from 600-700. I really don't know what to do. I've attached my DxDiag as I've been told its helpful when diagnosing these issues. I can return the card back to PCCaseGear for testing and get a new card if it is defected but I just wanted to run it through here first because im a bit of a noob. Thanks!

Did what you said and the problem still persists, however I didn't update the drivers after installing them off the disk this time around, but I don't feel that's the problem

Always install drivers from AMD's website. Drivers on a disk are usually outdated.

Go to the BIOS and have a look what the configuration of PCIe slot. See if the slot the card is inserted is x16, not x1 or x4.

double checked and its in the right port
