My PS3, which has ~10UP & ~7DOWN wifi speeds, uses more bandwidth on Netflix than that data cap.

in the uk we can get fibre unlimited for like £30-50 p/m inc line rental

@76Mb down(£44 p/m(about $50)), although there is a provider that provides upto 200Mb down(cant find pricing)
