Well the screen suggests gpu problem, long loading screen something else... Have you tried with one ram stick? And check all cables.

I'm only using the HD4600. I don't have a gpu yet. I'm just planning to buy soon once 290x is out.

Yeah, this is definetly a GPU problem, but if you're using the HD4600, than it's your CPU that has problems... Well that's how I see it...

All drivers are updated. About the BIOS, I guess no? I don't know how to update a BIOS. sorry

http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4482&dl=1#bios download and execute this one. It defaults any changes you have done in BIOS like boot order but nothing else is changed. Should be ok, I updated same version on my BIOS (UD3H) after 2 days of figuring out whats wrong with fan controls and Gigabyte software not working at all.

Thanks for that. I hope this one solves the problems.

EDIT:

I go this error when I run the autoexec.bat

The program or feature "\??\C:\Users\Elvin Gentiles\Desktop\Efiflash.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibity with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.

You can use Gigabytes own software to update bios if that file doesn't work. You need to have Gigabytes APP Center installed and then use @BIOS. It can look bit scary but works ok.
