Hello, and sorry if I go with basic boring questions but its to better understand.

Does this happen since day 1? or was it working fine before?

Did you change any hardware lately?

About the RAM, do you have 1 stick or more?

If you have more than 1 RAM stick, try to leave 1 in RAM slot 1 and turn the PC. If the same issue happens, then power off the PC, replace the RAM and now put the other stick in the slot 1 and turn back ON. If the issue dissapears with this, then 1 of your RAM modules is bad. If the issue persist after this test....let us know.

Peace

I'm not sure what the problem may be, but it could be a power delivery problem. Maybe the psu cant handle the load.

and did you changed any hardware before the issue appeared? like graphics card or so?

Is this only happening when gaming or it crashed using for example excel or word or browsing the web?
