ASUS X99 Deluxe II and EK Predator 240 Fitment

I just need some confirmation.

 

It appears that the ASUS Deluxe II does not have through-hole mounting points for the CPU cooler.

Will the EK Predator 240 work with this motherboard out-of-the-box, or will I need to grab EK's 2011(-3) screw set or something?

....I wanted to fit all this into the CoolerMaster Master Case Pro 5, but it looks like the radiator MAY not fit at the top...so...I'm also looking for a new case!

(My current CoolerMaster HAF 932 is nice and big, but it doesn't have the features and technologies the newer cases have)

Hmmm...so it looks like the motherboard will not be a problem.

Next problem is the case...because of the particularly wide and thick radiator assembly on the EK Predators.
