It's outside the free upgrade period so unfortunately, no. Unless you want to run an activated install of Windows 10.

Microsoft is continuing to provide the free upgrade to the handicapped and elderly. I guess you could fake it: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/accessibility/windows10upgrade I don't actually know if they even check it in any way or form. Should be perfectly safe to try.

The button doesn't seem to work anymore.

Works fine for me. It launches a download of "Windows10Upgrade24074.exe" right away. Maybe it's your browser?  I'm running Opera 40.

Hm, yeah it works fine in Edge. Weird. Thanks!

Elderly? Where? Do you know how to read?

It CLEARLY state that it is for those with assistive technologies (software or hardware), as those might require new equipment, buy updated software, or wait for updates which takes time, as Microsoft changed stuff which breaks compatibility with.

You have to buy  new license of Windows 10. The upgrade offer has ended. Speaking piracy on the forum is not permitted on this forum.

Your savior in getting Win10 for free, is if the user previously reserved the copy of the free upgrade, from the Get Windows 10 app.

You've never heard of the elderly requiring assistive tech? The pensioners see for miles and hear like bats where you live? My mention of being handicapped was no issue for you but the one about age flipped the switch?

Yes. But have you never heard of kids requiring assistive technologies?

Sure. Handicapped kids usually cope better with specialized keyboards and especially mice. I didn't mean to give an all-exclusive list, just a few examples. I'll admit I could have worded it better and certainly I don't intend to challenge your authority to moderate this forum. While I don't believe in editing text that discussion has already ensued on, I can go back and re-word my post for instance. It's not like I'm in on all the things you guys need to cover our collective asses from.
