Forza Horizon 3 startup problem

I bought Forza Horizon 3 today and I was really hyped to play it but after I installed it and pressed play it onöy displays a picture of the cover. This happens both if I launch it in the store or the xbox play hub thingy.

 

I bought it as a digital copy via the Windows Store and the installation went fine. It's just when I press play that the problem occurs. 

 

How can't fix it. I've searched for a bit and don't see to find a solution.

I might be stupid. But now there actually is a problem. It crashes as I try to press "continue" in the start menu. Shit.
