Hey everyone! I've been looking around and have had no luck. Does anyone have any idea when we will see 4k monitors with 100+Hz?

Probably some time after there's a solution that is powerful enough to support it.

Not for quite a while. Right now there's not really enough hardware that can actually take advantage of it. Once we have single GPUs capable of getting more than 60Hz consistently, we'll probably start seeing them.

The current gen 1080 cards finally seem to scrape a useable 4k 60Hz performance. Would say that with 1-2 years there will be more screens that can run higher Hz on screen, but if they are affordable... But it depdns on how big the leaps forward are in perfromance for comming gen GPU's. This is a situation where multi GPU is currently a viable option despite the drawbacks.

The object of life is not to be on the side of the majority, but to escape finding oneself in the ranks of the insane.

Since SLI isnt very popular and single GPU´s cant handle it atm, i guess we have to wait some more Years.

Displayport 1.4 is close with 120hz. Though I'm surprised I can't seem to find any monitors that support anything over 60. Even if current hardware can't max settings at 4K, you'd think they have options for those that want to try.

By solution, I meant everything that goes into it including the graphical horsepower.
