Buying a second hand Dell P2314 2013

1. How is the monitor? is 8ms too much for CSGO? (I'm supreme, I do take this game competitively )

2. I'm getting it for half the price, obviously i cant inspect and check it to make sure everything works - but the monitor was bought 3 years ago

theres no warranty or anything, how long should i expect the monitor to work?

becuase i buy this monitor knowing that it will work for at least 5-7 years, am i wrong?

 

is it a risk buying it after it was used for 3 years, and expecting it to work for 5-7 years more?
