I screwed up...

So, long story short My heaphone cable got pulled very hard and i destroyed the headphone cable and the front audio of my define r4. Anywhere I can pick up a replacment front audio section, or what I should do if I can't.

If you can't find a replacement, get a Define S. Or if you really want, get a Define R5.

this might work but it obviously would need to be hot glued on and you would need to find the actual part. i can't seem to find the r4 front panel part.

Thanks! The arc midi R2 kit looks like it would fit, then I'd lose the USB 2 ports that didn't work anyway.

actually the front piece is all one unit.

99% sure shipping would be more than a new front IO cluster, and the cluster also fixes a dead pot I have issues with. Plus the actual unit is in a very bad way, the PCB is very bent.

With shipping and tax the part is over 11 euros, and not in stock.

11 euros isn't too much. and just because it says not in stock doesn't mean it's not in stock. my thinkpad charger broke and the laptop was 2 yrs old, online, it said sold out but the lenovo guys at the warehouse found me 2 brand new chargers in a shelf somewhere. contact fractal and ask if they have any stock

For 11 euros just getting one of those 5.25 inch bays makes more sense.

why do you need an extra bay??? if you want, just get an audio section that's in stock from another case and hot glue it on.

Contact Fractal. I had front audio damaged when the case shipped to me and when I contacted them they did sent me the parts for free. You may have to pay them maybe because I did it within warranty.
