Not really well. But acceptable at 30 fps

With AA off and medium/high settings instead of maxed it should be able to reach 60fps stable.

Just today I got my GTX 1080 and I'm playing at 3440x1440, which the 1080 is just perfect for. Anything higher and I would have to crank down some settings.
So considering the 1070 is still quite a bit slower than a 1080 and you want to play at 4K ... Probably a not so good idea ;)

You practically have to Sli 2 Titan X's (Pascal) to run consistently above 60 FPS when playing AAA titles at 4k. Honestly playing at 4k should be avoided in my opinion until it becomes practical.

GPU: XFX RX 7900 XTX

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D

IMO i think 4k is Pretty good with a single 1080. Sure you sacrifice performance but man basic web browsing, video, and games are fucking crispy.

Really need a 1080 or faster if you plan to play newer AAA games at 4K, what games are you planning on playing? 1070 might do ok but it won't last, neither will my 1080.
