Best inexpensive high static pressure intake fans?

I've been using my Corsair Vengeance C70 case for just over a year and I absolutely love it. One of my favorite features is that it came with a rear exhaust as well as 2 front intake fans, meaning I didn't have to buy any additional fans for my build. However, one of the front ones just died, so I figure I will replace both (or maybe just all three). So I don't really want to spend that much, preferably $10 a fan or less. However I need pretty high static pressure because intake fans in the C70 have to get air past the front grill, a filter, then a drive cage will relatively small airflow slits on it. What fans should I go for?

i use the rosewill hyperborea 120 over say noctua.

color (obvious) all black vs brown/red - black/brown

pressure at 1300rpm 2.64mm/h2o vs <2.61mm/h2o (max rpm is 1500)

price 14.99 (can be has as low a 9.99 when on sale) vs 21.99-24.99

the hyperborea has the highest in static for the money. if not available in your region, look into the akasa apache (same fan).

What kind of dollars are you using?

You don't need particularly high static pressure to pull air in through the front grill.

American. And I figure that it will need high static pressure because it's going through a drive cage as well, which on the C70 only has small slits on the other side for airflow.

Some degree of static pressure would be needed.
