Windows updates without permission

So yesterday evening i wanted to update GTA V and with my internet that takes a while so i let it run over night.

Just too find out in the morning that windows updated it self without my ok even though i turned all the automatic windows updates of and my GTA is only downloaded like 20 percent  i dont know why windows did the update any ideas ?

Its like that. You can't change that or disable updates. 

The pro/enterprise lets you delay them.

Normal for windows 10, sadly.

How exactly did you "turn off automatic updates"?  Because as far as I know that's not really doable through conventional means in the normal user editions (home/pro).

I heard too that the security settings you did on setup, those have now changed too.

They are some very sneaky and cleverly evil characters over there that Billy Boy hires.

I usually disable windows updates on Services.msc > windows updates > disable.  baam, no updates anymore.

Thanks I hope i wont have that problem anymore quit annoying
