CableMod selection help

Can someone configure a couple cables for me? I am not exactly sure which ones will be correct and the right length. I want to pick the colors myself and I see the package deals are a few too many cables. My build is in my signature for specifics. I desire a new 24 pin motherboard cable and power cables for my gpu. They are in a Phanteks p400 case. My motherboard is pretty standard, I think, my gpu has two 8 pin power connectors and they are all connected to a 650 GS PSU. The two, well three, cables are all that stick out to me.

 

For my GPU, should I buy two 8 pin pci express cables or two 8 pin EPS cables? What are the differences?

 

Is there a solid standard length for mid towers that I should abide by? Should I actually measure the distance or just stick to CobleMod 'default' lengths for my 24pin connector?

I would measure, so you don't get any excess cable. Don't know about the GPU problem, sorry.

As mentioned you will want to measure out the length required using some rope to do this isn't a bad idea. As for the PCI-E and EPS you must use the proper connectors as the shape of the connector pins usually don't allow them to be plugged into each other.
