Between 700-900 rpm when the engine is warm.  I really think your problem has to do with the IAC valve, a lot of times just removing it from the throttle body and cleaning the screen solves the choppy idle issue.

My honda had a sputtering issue and low idle aswell, turned out to be a broken gasket on the inlet manifold causing it to draw in "false air". Maybe something to check by spraying water around the manifold/motor joint, The water will temporarily act as a seal and you'll instantly see improvement if this is the problem.
