Windows Smart Screen

Hello, I have been messing with some mod packs for World of Warships from Aslains, however, windows always gives me the blue dialog box saying that Windows Smart Screen cannot be reached. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is occurring?

well certainly not a potato, could be my windows install, but most I bet its something to do with the way the mod pack Im using is made.

That would fall under either virus or program conflict.

If smartscreen can't be reached, then it's just complaining that it can't reach the server to figure out what you downloaded and see if it's a virus or suspicious or whatever.

 

I'm pretty sure you can turn smartscreen off, but I dunno.
