rip pfsense web gui(need help)

so i was playing with a port forward rule trying to get an IP camera working then all of a sudden no response "192.168.1.1 took to long to respond" still didn't com back after being shut off for about 20 mins while being blown out with a normal air compressor not can of air seems im not the only one with the problem but the forums i looked at were form 2011 >.<. i have the latest version if pfsense been up constantly for 20 days straight with no problems logged onto the web GUI like evry day worked fine and now lol nope, and yes i tried using other computers and other browsers still dosent work
