So when i use my pfsense router i get this error on this page

translated its : The requested page is not avalible (jwplayer)

but when i use vpn with pfsense or use isp router it works fine 

so what to do on the pfsense router to fix it

Youre a genius now the new problem the thing blocks it when i use squid for cache sites i whitelisted npo.nl but still doesnt play withotu squid it does perfectly!

Its possible that the video does not actually load from that URL. You would need to check the real-time squid logs as you load the page to see what is being requested.

I give up looked for over an hower with wireshark blocked over 100th ips still not loading

Yes you need to enable the access logs though to produce anything readable, go back to the first tab, go down till you find the tick box that says "enable access logs" and ensure the location is set to the default (it tells you). Turn this on, then go back to the realtime tab. Now whenever you reload a page, all requested URL's will appear automatically (no need to refresh the pfsense page).

Oke, next problem the npo.nl stream server gives a new ip all the time is it possible to allow an ip range of do i have to type out all 912385901835 ip adresses because its all the time  195.121. x.x the X changes all the time

So its not possible? i typed in every single ip of them but they still come in the log even the once witch are on the do not cache list
