Hello guys what is this yellow thing called? I want to add similar effect to something with music but i have no idea what it is called or how can i add it, can you help me out?

The term for it is a 'visualizer', it visualizes music. Visualizers can be like this, but can also be a couple bars which visualize the music. 

Typically these are made in Adobe After Effects, there are many tutorials for it. Maybe there are ways to make it in other programs too. Googling 'after effects visualizer' gave me a tutorial on how to make one like this as one of the first results.

I just downloaded AE, will try to make myself intro. It will be nothing special just Picture, Text and something like this Vizualizer around the text with some music

AE has some built in visualization effects with some customization capability.  They can be made in many visual effects and motion graphics software, not just AE.

 

You can even combine them with effects from plugins such as Trapcode Particular to make even better looking ones.

Some basic after effects can get you that. As others said its called a visulizer. But really the fun in AE is to make something more advanced, you start out simple and add more and more untill you get something unice and beautiful. There is also lots of ways to create them, best is to google it and watch a few tuts and just experiment
